Plain-English rules for earning with Rovrr.

Joining

The program is open to individuals, pages and UGC creators in India with a real audience. There is no follower minimum.
Your handle is your user ID and appears in your links. Rovrr may refuse or change a handle that is misleading, offensive or imitates someone else.
Rovrr may approve, pause or remove any creator, including for fake followers, misleading content or abuse of these terms.
Use your own legal name and PAN. Payouts go only to accounts in that name. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

A person becomes your referral when they create a brand-new Rovrr account within 30 days of clicking one of your links. From then on they are bound to you permanently.
A candidate can only ever be the referral of one creator. Clicking another creator’s link later, using another creator’s code or buying on another device does not change it.
People who already had a Rovrr account before clicking your link never count as a referral.
A brand-new account that first pays with your audience discount code also becomes your referral, if it isn’t already someone else’s.
Your own Rovrr account, and purchases made from it, never earn commission.

On a referral’s first purchase within 60 days of signing up you earn 20% of the amount paid, excluding GST (25% as a Top Creator).
On their second purchase within the same 60 days you earn 10%. Purchases after the second, or after 60 days, earn no commission.
Reach 10 paying referrals in a calendar month and you become a Top Creator at 25%, usually within a few hours, and keep it through the following month.
Free tokens, sign-up bonuses and vouchers that cover the full price earn no commission.

Missions have a fixed number of slots, given first come, first served. Accept a slot only if you can deliver on time.
Pay ranges shown on a mission are estimates. Rovrr sets the final pay after reviewing the post, its reach and quality, and may ask for changes or decline a submission that doesn’t meet the brief.
Approved mission pay is credited to your balance straight away and paid with your next payout.
Withdrawing from a mission more than 30 minutes after accepting it, or missing its deadline, lowers your reliability score.

Every creator starts at 100 out of 100. Points are deducted in four cases only: withdrawing from a mission more than 30 minutes after accepting (−10), missing a deadline (−10), a post rejected for being off-brief or low-effort (−10), and breaking these content rules (−25, set by our team).
Every approved mission adds 5 points back, never above 100. Handing a slot back within 30 minutes, a post sent back for changes, or a quality rating costs nothing. Every change is shown on your dashboard with its reason.
Some missions are open only to creators with 80+ or 90+, and 90+ gets first pick of new slots for a few hours after launch. Below 40, new missions are paused until our team reviews your account.

Commission is held for 60 days until your first payout, and for 30 days after that. If an order is refunded or charged back, the commission is reversed and shown as a reversal line in your ledger. If it was already paid, it comes off your next payout.
Payable balances of ₹500 or more are paid monthly by UPI or bank transfer. Smaller balances roll over.
You do not need GST registration to join. If you are GST registered, add your GSTIN in your payout profile.
Rovrr deducts TDS under section 194H at 2% once your payouts cross ₹20,000 in a financial year (20% if no valid PAN is on file). TDS is shown on each payout and reported against your PAN.

Be honest about what Rovrr does. No fake job offers, guaranteed-placement or guaranteed-interview claims, fake testimonials or fake screenshots.
No spam, bulk messaging, cold DMs to strangers, or bidding on Rovrr brand terms in search ads.
Mark paid partnerships and mission posts as the platform and ASCI guidelines require (for example "#ad" or the paid-partnership label).
We approve creators, not individual referral posts, but we may ask you to edit or remove content that breaks these rules.

Top performers may be enrolled in the Rovrr Media Partnership Network and offered brand campaigns that come to Rovrr. Taking part is optional and you can opt out at any time.

You never see the names, emails or any personal data of the people you refer. Your dashboard shows counts, products and amounts only.
Your PAN and bank details are encrypted and used only for payouts and tax filing.

Rovrr may change rates or terms with 15 days notice by email. Commission already earned is not affected.
